Eyes Wide Shut (1999)

The sweeping Waltz 2 of Dimitri Shostakovich plays as Nicole Kidman disrobes, her back to the camera. So it’s going to be that kind of film. And while Eyes Wide Shut is certainly a film dealing a lot about sex and promiscuity, it’s much more of a film about the idea of infidelity and the dark side of lust. Much like A Clockwork Orange, people are quick to label the film the very thing it is not. If anything, Eyes Wide Shut is one of the most potent arguments for monogamy and fidelity. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Witching is back! After my adoration with The Witcher’s unique role-playing experience as a monster hunter, I was disappointed that The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings focused more on politics and less on wonderful, wonderful monster-hunting. PAX South 2017 Report

Two years in and PAX South has grown quite a bit. The first one was a bit underwhelming given the rather small show floor and not a lot of big names. Surprisingly, there still aren’t a lot of big names, especially given that there are quite a few big game developers in the Dallas and Austin area.
